Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Social Publishing MCP Server and related services provided by Connected Paths International Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 17001819 and registered office at 24 Jubilee Walk, Kings Langley, England, WD4 8FF ("Connected Paths", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering for, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service

The Service provides a hosted Model Context Protocol server that allows supported AI clients to interact with connected social media accounts selected by the user. Supported functionality may include account connection, publishing, replies, search, and analytics where the relevant provider APIs permit it.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create, publish, approve, or request through the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, AI client terms, and social network terms.

3. Connected accounts

You authorise us to store and use access credentials required to perform the actions you request through the Service. You can disconnect supported accounts from the account page. Third-party providers may revoke access, change APIs, or restrict functionality at any time.

4. Billing and access

Paid access, trials, subscription management, and entitlement checks may be handled through Connected Paths billing systems and payment providers. Access may be suspended if billing is inactive, if provider access is revoked, or if the Service is used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features where required for operational, legal, security, billing, or third-party platform reasons.

6. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, Connected Paths is not liable for indirect, consequential, or platform-related losses arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
